This is a pretty hotel, not modern but with many old details. Overall the room is clean and space is more than enough for two people. Location is also good which is 5mins walk to train station and around 10 mins walk to tourist spots.
We went there in May, 2023. Very friendly staff. Nice Large rooms. Very good breakfast. Walking distance from the station and some good walking distance from the Dome Cathedral.
Nice, large and clean room. Likes living in an European castle. The heater is great in winter.

Attached are the photos of the room that I booked as "Room with Cathedral View."
Please compare them with the photos on the hotel's website and let me know what the hotel could do about this.
I request a partial refund of the room since I did not have the view that the hotel advertised and I paid for.
Soon the hotel posted a response as below:

When will the hotel reach out to me, discuss a resolution, or compensate for the misrepresentation of its room?
Friendly front-desk staff - easy to communicate in english and provided us all details that we needed. Thank you for putting umbrellas out for Guests use. Breakfast was good. Room was clean - no complains.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, which was a plus!
I was thankful that laundry service was offered but it was pretty expensive so we only used it for a few things and weren¿t able to wash everything we had hoped to. It ended up being cheaper to buy some new clothes instead of washing them.
We stayed at the hotel because of the closeness to the train station and our tour activities the train station is a 3 minute walk. Everything is close within a 20 minute walk .100 of Restaurant all over the place within 1 to 10 minutes. …
