Fraudulent advertisement of "Room with Cathedral View" as shown by the room view photos attached. Months ago, I posted a review as below: Attached are the photos of the room that I booked as "Room with Cathedral View." Please compare them with the photos on the hotel's website and let me know what the hotel could do about this. I request a partial refund of the room since I did not have the view that the hotel advertised and I paid for. When will the hotel reach out to me, discuss a resolution, or compensate for the misrepresentation of its room?
